Volunteer Event | This week-long, nationwide event activates, engages and celebrates volunteers and recognizes their impact across our community. Volunteers will donate their time to serve alongside Mile High United Way, our nonprofit partners, and other community organizations across Metro Denver. Each day will feature different ways to engage and support our community.

Back to School Bash 2024

Volunteer Event | Join Mile High United Way in providing backpacks and school supplies to hundreds of students across Metro Denver, ensuring families have what they need to start the school year off right! Get involved by running a supply drive or volunteering to distribute supplies to students.

Day of Caring 2024

Volunteer Event | Join Day of Caring on Sept. 13, 2024, our large multi-project volunteer event across Metro Denver, including Boulder and Broomfield counties. Choose from a range of projects, such as providing maintenance for farms and animal care facilities, restoring playgrounds, beautifying parks and nature trails, processing in-kind donations and more. Children’s Holiday Party 2024 – Toy Drive

Thanks to generous donations from individuals and community partners, Mile High United Way provides a toy store every year where parents can select new gifts for their children. Children will have the opportunity to meet Santa and engage in holiday-themed activities. Learn how you can get involved!
