Michelle Nettles, Chief People and Diversity Officer for Molson Coors Brewing Company, inspired the crowd at the March Tocqueville Society Breakfast. Michelle shared her family’s strong connection to philanthropy and to United Way, and how she uses her whole self to make her company and country a better place.

“I give because it’s fundamental to who I am. My grandmother instilled in me the importance of giving back. I give because I get joy from it. I hope that my work and what I do inspire others to give.”
