Program Mission

211 is a multilingual and confidential service that connects individuals to critical resources including food, shelter, rental assistance, childcare, and more. Our 211 database contains more than 7,000 health and human resources and is updated daily to help community members meet basic needs.

211 Initiatives

Childcare Referrals

Our Child Care Resource & Referrals (CCR&R) specialists help families by providing referrals to child care, financial assistance information, and education about the quality and availability of care.

211 & Lyft

Through our partnership with Lyft, 211 connects qualifying individuals and families with rides to get to medical and veteran benefit appointments, employment services, and access to food resources.

SNAP Applications

To help address food insecurity, our 211 Help Center processes applications for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) through our partnership with Hunger Free Colorado.
Mile High United Way provides disaster assistance support through our 211 Help Center

Disaster Response

211 supports disaster relief efforts to stabilize our communities when they need help the most. After the Marshall Fire, our 211 team met with individuals and families at the Disaster Assistance Center in Boulder to provide one-on-one support, connecting those impacted to vital resources like housing, food, and more.
