Denver Housing Authority refers tenants facing eviction to Mile High United Way’s Renew Collaborative Team.
Then, our housing coaches work with the tenants to get them back on track. Participants receive one year of personalized case management to help them set goals and move toward economic stability. As participants meet their goals, they will receive up to $1,500 of rental assistance for their back-owed rent.
This partnership helps families avoid displacement, stabilize their housing and build the foundation for long-term economic success.
