XCEL ENERGY IS ONE OF MILE HIGH UNITED WAY’S EARLIEST PARTNERS.

Since 1887, Xcel Energy has been one of our most valued partners. From sponsoring events like our Women United Luncheon, which helps to advance women and girls, to supporting basic needs assistance through Mile High United Way’s 2-1-1 Help Center, Xcel Energy continues to demonstrate leadership in Corporate Social Responsibility and community engagement.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, they stepped up to help our neighbors who needed it most. They were one of the first companies to contribute to Mile High United Way’s COVID-19 response and to the State of Colorado’s COVID-19 Relief Fund, providing support for those who had been disproportionately impacted. Xcel Energy’s frontline staff have remained in the field to power our homes and businesses. And their Energy Assistance program helps income-qualified families pay their energy bills.

Thank you Xcel Energy for your leadership, compassion, and dedication to our community. We are proud to deepen our longstanding collaboration this year through our Community United partnership. Together we will continue to respond to emergency needs and the long-term recovery of individuals and families in Metro Denver.
