During this session, you’ll learn about the current landscape of affordable child care and early education in Metro Denver and the challenges that families are navigating today. We’ll explore how Mile High United Way is addressing these priorities through initiatives like HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) and discover ways you can take action to support children and families in our community.

For over 27 years, Mile High United Way has brought our community together to celebrate the power of women and girls at our Women United Luncheon. We believe the values of kindness, humility, courage and integrity are timeless, and we can make a lasting difference in our community by supporting women and girls.

Join Family Impact Project in preparing for the 2026 Women United Village. This family-friendly volunteer opportunity supports Mile High United Way’s annual event providing essential baby and toddler care items to families in our community.

Mile High United Way’s Women United Village helps connect families to essential supplies and support from community resource providers. Get involved by hosting a baby supply drive, contributing items from the wish list, making a monetary donation, or volunteering at the event.
