CoBANK
Congratulations to CoBank for being named our 2025 Champion of Hope winner. This is our highest honor for corporate community involvement in the workplace. CoBank is a dedicated partner in advancing opportunities for women and girls and ensuring basic needs are met for everyone in our community. Through their giving campaign and year-round efforts, CoBank engages in meaningful learning and volunteer opportunities to make lasting impact. We are grateful for the many ways they support our community.
CAC Group
We are pleased to honor CAC Group with our 2025 Spirit of Hope Award. Last year, CAC Group expanded their Caring in Action campaign by deepening employee engagement and strengthening their impact through a generous corporate match. CAC Group sponsored the 26th Annual Women United Luncheon, volunteered with Mile High United Way during their Impact Day and invested in creating resources for community members through our 211 Help Center and basic needs initiatives.
Black & Veatch
It is with great excitement that we announce Black & Veatch as our 2025 Partner in Service Award recipient. Black & Veatch staff demonstrated their commitment to our community all year-round, volunteering at our Women United Village, Back to School Bash and Children’s Holiday Party. Their annual supply drives make a tremendous difference in the success of our signature volunteer events. Thank you for the many ways you show up to support Metro Denver families!
Comcast
Congratulations to Comcast for being named our 2025 Social Impact Award recipient. The award honors corporate partners who embrace social responsibility as a part of their community engagement and business strategies. Comcast’s impact on our community has been incredible – from supporting key initiatives like our 211 Help Center and United for Business program to sponsoring our signature events and volunteering.
We’re grateful for over 25 years of partnership with Comcast and the impact we’ve made together across Denver and Colorado.
Maureen McDonald
We’re thrilled to recognize Maureen McDonald of HCA HealthONE as the 2025 recipient of the Brian Smith Award for Outstanding Community Leadership. She is a proud Board member, Tocqueville Society member and partner to Mile High United Way. As Regional AVP of Community Engagement for HCA HealthONE’s Continental Division, Maureen is one of Mile High United Way’s strongest advocates. She is a strong supporter of Mile High United Way’s Women United Luncheon, volunteers at our many signature events and played a key role in the national partnership with the HCA HealthONE Foundation to launch United for Healthy Starts across the United States.
