For over 25 years, Mile High United Way has brought our community together to celebrate the power of women and girls at our Women United Luncheon. The theme for this year’s luncheon: Unapologetic. We believe our community is strongest when women and girls unapologetically share their light, courage and power with the world. Proceeds from this event support Mile High United Way’s Women United Initiative, providing women access to critical resources such as stable housing, new job opportunities, high-quality child care and more so they can pursue their dreams.
Sponsorships are still available! As a Women United Luncheon sponsor, you are directly investing in the advancement and empowerment of women and girls across our community. View Sponsorship Packet.

Frances Wisebart Jacobs Award Recipient
We are thrilled to honor Yun Hui Kehoe as the 2025 Frances Wisebart Jacobs Award recipient. Yun Hui is a Denver community leader, wife, mother, philanthropist and businesswoman. For more than 20 years, she has championed efforts, alongside Mile High United Way and Women United, to increase access to education and opportunities for women and girls.
Yun Hui’s passion for education came from her own experiences of teachers encouraging her after she and her family immigrated to the United States from South Korea when she was 10 years old. She is proud to be the first in her family to graduate college and served as a certified public accountant and credit union CEO before retiring in 2008.
Together with her husband, Mike, Yun Hui is a member of Mile High United Way’s Tocqueville Society and served as co-chair from 2019 to 2021. In 2024, the Kehoes joined Mile High United Way’s Million Dollar Round Table, which recognizes donors with at least $1 million in cumulative giving.
Yun Hui also has held multiple leadership positions, including chairing the 2017 Women United Luncheon, serving as the Women of Tocqueville Co-Chair since 2022, and serving as a board member of Denver CASA. In 2017, 9News KUSA recognized Yun Hui as a part of their 9Who Care series, and today she volunteers with organizations like Florence Crittenton, Food Bank of the Rockies and Mile High United Way’s Tax Help Colorado program.
