Values and Culture

Live United. It’s more than a slogan, it’s the foundation of who we are and the work we do.

It is the lifeblood of Mile High United Way’s mission and vision. It is our core value that we can do more when we come together. It’s the idea that all voices must be heard, that everyone should have a seat at the table. Since 1887, we’ve known that to live better, we must Live United.
