Mile High United Way is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms to renovate a former café area into a commercial kitchen/flexible-use space. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2025.

The nonprofit organization is converting the defunct café space in the southeast corner of the building at 711 Park Ave. West into a commercial kitchen that will provide meal prep for the onsite Tamara M. Sparks Early Learning Center at Mile High United Way. An adjacent open/seating area in the former café will be lightly remodeled as a flexible-use space supporting early learning center participants. The total square footage of the space is approximately 1,750 square feet.
