National Volunteer Month activates and celebrates volunteers nationwide. Join us for volunteer events throughout April that support Mile High United Way’s programs and help families in our community thrive.
Family Impact Project: United for a Cause | Register
Thursday, April 2, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
At this event, we’ll participate in volunteer activities that support Mile High United Way’s Tax Help Colorado program. See our wishlist for this event.
Remote Projects to Support our Women United Village Event:
Sunday, April 5 – Saturday April 11
- Create no-sew blankets – Create a no-sew blanket from home for a family and drop it off at Mile High United Way | Register
- Host a baby supply drive – Collect essential baby and toddler care items with your friends or coworkers to be distributed to families at the event | Register
United Way Wednesday | Register
Wednesday, April 8, 3-5 p.m.
Join us to take a tour our building, donate your time to support our community programs and meet other Mile High United Way volunteers.
Early Learning Kit Build | Register
Friday, April 24, 2-4 p.m.
Volunteer to assemble educational kits for our early learning program, HIPPY, which stands for Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters. These kits will be distributed to families at upcoming HIPPY events and celebrations.
