Imagine what we can do TOGETHER for Denver Public School students.
The School Partners Program is a collaboration between the Denver Public Schools Foundation, Mile High United Way and the 186 schools in DPS.
The program creates tailor-made partnerships between schools and businesses or organizations to help every DPS student succeed. School Partners provide a combination of volunteer time, in-kind contributions, and financial resources to meet the specific needs of their partner school. School Partners also provides structured programs like Power Lunch and TutorMate that help facilitate academic growth for DPS students in need.
Join our movement to create great futures for our kids.
What’s the commitment?
We need your help for a minimum of four activities with your school of choice each year. We have a long list of meaningful, fun, academic and enrichment opportunities to engage with students at schools. Start by getting to know your local school and ways you can help by contacting Brenda Ritenour, Director of Volunteer Engagement at Brenda.Ritenour@unitedwaydenver.org.
