United Ways Offer Hope and Help in Response to Hurricane Harvey
On Saturday, August 26, 2017, at 3 a.m. local time, Hurricane Harvey made landfall near Rockport, Texas, as a category four hurricane. As of Sunday, the storm had stalled, causing catastrophic flooding across much of southeastern Texas.
United Ways across the region are helping communities face the devastating effects of Hurricane Harvey, and offering hope and help when and where it is most needed.
